Acceptance of Terms
The following are terms of a legal agreement between you and The UNFI Foundation (the "Foundation"). PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. By accessing, browsing, downloading and/or using this site ("Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree, to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site. This Site is controlled and operated by The Foundation from its offices within the United States. The Foundation makes no representation that materials in this Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with their applicable local laws.
Use Restrictions and Indemnification

You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold the Foundation, and all its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives information providers, affiliates, licensors and licensees (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") harmless from and against any and all claims, proceedings, damages, injuries, liability, losses, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees) incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of any breach by you of this Agreement or of the foregoing representations, warranties and covenants, or arising out of or relating to any acts by you or materials or information transmitted by you in connection with the Site, regardless of the type of claim or nature of the cause of action including, without limitation, attorneys fees and costs. You shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any claim. The Foundation reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you and you shall not in any event settle any matter without the written consent of the Foundation.

U.S. Government Restricted Rights
The materials on this Site are provided with "RESTRICTED RIGHTS." Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in applicable laws and regulations. Limitation of Liability
