Board of Directors - Jody Hyvarinen

Jody Hyvarinen serves as Deputy General Counsel, Securities and Board Governance for UNFI.  Jody has extensive experience in corporate governance, securities law and capital markets matters gained through prior in house and law firm roles, most recently at American Tower Corporation. She holds a BA and JD from the University of Michigan. Jody believes that healthy food is a right, and she is excited to help further the Foundation’s mission to increase the availability of organic food, particularly to vulnerable populations.
