UNFI Foundation is a Delaware nonprofit corporation and private foundation, exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (EIN: 45-5023490). UNFI Foundation is committed to inspiring better food systems and nurturing everyday health in our communities and advances its mission primarily by making grants to charitable organizations that share similar philanthropic goals.
Your contribution is very much appreciated and is tax deductible for federal income tax purposes to the extent permitted by law. New Jersey: INFORMATION FILED WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL CONCERNING THIS CHARITABLE SOLICITATION AND THE PERCENTAGE OF CONTRIBUTIONS RECEIVED BY THE UNFI FOUNDATION DURING THE LAST REPORTING PERIOD THAT WERE DEDICATED TO THE CHARITABLE PURPOSE MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY BY CALLING (973) 504-6215 AND IS AVAILABLE ON THE INTERNET AT http://www.state.nj.us/lps/ca/charfrm.htm.
