Our mission is to improve quality of life and increase economic sustainability among underserved women and minority populations. In Her Shoes opened Farmacy Marketplace, the only grocery store with fresh, healthy options in a 20 mile radius of Mound Bayou, MS.

Fresh Food Connect's mission is to grow a more local and resilient food system by connecting gardeners with their communities. Fresh Food Connect applies technology to create the capacity to connect gardeners with their communities, and strengthen local food systems.

Community Driven is a registered 501(c)3 tax-exempt nonprofit organization operating in the Twin Cities. Community Driven's mission is to help ensure that all people deserve and have all of their basic needs met from education, housing, food, and long-term stability through public education and direct charitable support.

All Saints Indian Mission

First Nations Kitchen is primarily a justice-focused, Gospel-based ministry. Its primary intent is to provide food to indigenous people who would not otherwise have access to high-quality, fresh organic food in an environment of radical hospitality and cultural empowerment.

Youth Farm Project Inc.

Youth Farm Project is dedicated to healing our food system through an anti-racist organizing lens by bringing together youth to explore environmental and social injustice within the food system. Our mission is to engage youth from diverse social and economic backgrounds as integral participants in building equitable local food communities.

Rhode Island Hospital Foundation

As a founding hospital in the Lifespan health system, Rhode Island Hospital and its pediatric division, Hasbro Children’s Hospital, are committed to its mission: Delivering health with care. The Rhode Island Hospital Foundation implements a Food is Medicine program which connects food insecure and medically fragile families with local, healthy, and culturally appropriate food.
